Last night LCB put together an elite team to be put through their paces by taking part in a fitness class at Lindum Squash Club. When we say an elite team – well they did their best. Most importantly they had great fun and spent some time together away from the workshop. Emma kindly put the team through their drills. There are a few aching bodies today, but all have said they will be going back for more next month!!
